The employees no longer have to dress up as little Wendy's, a fact which no doubt comes as a great relief especially to the men who used to look particularly silly.
The old-time newspaper advertisement table top design has now largely disappeared, a development which I for one find regrettable.
While most Wendy's locations maintain the traditional single queue system, a small number of newer locations now use the multiple queue system employed by most of the other fast food chains.
