Earn your lunch with a mountain walk, then linger over regional and seasonal cooking high above the valleys. This Alpine Club hut offers overnight accommodation as well as a place to eat, with the possibility of sunset and sunrise in the mountains.
Reached on foot only. Choose a walking route to suit your party using the hut’s official route map. The Alpine Club lists approximately two hours uphill from Thal; allow for your own pace, conditions and the return journey.
Reservations: Book overnight stays in advance by phone or email, and contact the hosts about group visits. The current website lists no regular overnight stays on Sundays or Mondays and accepts cash only. Check seasonal opening dates before setting out.
